Members are welcome to upgrade their accounts anytime during their membership period. But there is no refund provided when they upgrading memberships. To upgrade, follow the below steps,
- Login to Slooh.com
- Click on your Profile Icon at the top right and select "Account Control"
- On the Account type card, you will see the "Upgrade" option.
- Click on that to upgrade your account
Upgrading from Student to Apprentice Membership
If members started the Slooh Student membership, they have an option in account settings to upgrade their membership to Apprentice. When upgrading a Student to an Apprentice account, there will be a $100 subscription fee applied (No refund provided).
Upgrading from Apprentice to Astronomer Membership
If members started the Slooh Apprentice membership, they have an option in account settings to upgrade their membership to Astronomer. When upgrading an Apprentice to an Astronomer account, there will be a $300 subscription fee applied (No refund provided).
