Step 1: Visit your Club page and click on “Manage Club”

Step 2: The default view on the Manage Club page is the students tab where you can send invitations to your students to join Slooh.

Step 3: Invite each of your students. Each student will be sent an email with an invitation link in it, they can just click the link to complete their signup. 

 

*If for some reason a student does not get an email, you can have the student go to https://www.slooh.com and click "Login" and towards the bottom of the login panel is a "Redeem Invitation Code" option which will allow the student to provide their email address and the invitation code that is displayed for that student in your Manage Club view by clicking the "i" icon for that student. Graphical user interface, text, application

Step 5: Once your students view or accept the invitation, that will show up in the students view of your club.    

 

Step 6: Your students will automatically see the clubs they are a part of on the dashboard in the Clubs area and they can enter the club space.


How you and your students can post observations to your club


On Slooh, a club is a place where students can share their thoughts and ideas about space and their images collected from the Slooh telescopes. You can either post a discussion or an observation. Discussions are posted from within the club, to post an observation, you will need to start at your photohub.


Step 1: Go to your photohub and select an image, write an observation about that image - this can be something that you researched or some interesting observation that you are sharing:

Click “Save”:

Step 2: After saving, click “Share to Club” and select the club to share your observation with others, this earns you gravity points and also allows other people to share in what you’ve discovered!

You will then be able to see your observation in your club’s “Observations” section - here you can like and comment on observations, earning gravity points every time!
